Delete Your BBBM Group LLC Account

You can delete your BBBM Group LLC account directly in the BBBM Group LLC mobile app.

How to delete your account

1. Open the BBBM Group LLC app and sign in to your account.
2. Go to Profile or Account Settings.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Request a verification code.
5. Enter the code sent to your registered email address and type DELETE to confirm.

What happens when you delete your account

Deleting your account permanently removes your account, profile information, addresses, cart items, favourites, notifications, supplier applications, and active login sessions.

Some order, payment, and transaction records may be retained or anonymized where required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, payment, or audit purposes.
