BBBM Group LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the BBBM Group LLC mobile application and related services (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use the App and our services.

1. Information We Collect

Account information

When you create or use an account, we collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, and password or login credentials.

Shipping and order information

When you place an order or manage your account, we may collect your shipping address, billing address where applicable, order details, purchase history, order status, and transaction or payment-intent references.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number, CVV, or other full payment-card details on our servers. Stripe may process payment-related information, including your name, contact information, billing or shipping address, payment method details, and transaction information. Device and technical information

We may receive technical information needed to operate, secure, and improve the App, such as device model, operating-system version, app version, IP address, and error, crash, or diagnostic information.

Support communications

If you contact us for support, we collect the email address, message content, and any attachments or information you choose to send us.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Create and manage accounts.
• Process orders, payments, shipping, and order fulfilment.
• Provide customer support and service-related communications.
• Verify identity, prevent fraud, and protect the security of our services.
• Improve the App, its performance, and user experience.

• Stripe, our payment processor, to process payments.

We do not sell personal information.

4. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, complete orders, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, maintain required business records, and comply with legal obligations.

5. Account and Data Deletion

You can delete your BBBM Group LLC account directly in the App:

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Open Profile or Account Settings.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Request a verification code.
5. Enter the code sent to your registered email address and type DELETE to confirm.

Account deletion removes your account, profile information, addresses, cart items, favourites, notifications, supplier applications, and active login sessions. Some order, payment, and transaction records may be retained or anonymized where required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, payment, or audit purposes.

If you cannot access the App or your account, contact support@bbbmgroupllc.com from the email address associated with your account. We may ask you to verify your identity before completing a deletion request.

6. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to certain uses of your personal information, or to withdraw consent where applicable. To exercise these rights, contact support@bbbmgroupllc.com.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, contact us so that we can take appropriate action.

8. International Data Transfers

If you access the App from outside the country where our servers or service providers are located, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries with different data-protection laws.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date above. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the updated policy.
